please note : please read before booking your lesson, we reserve the right to amend the T&C without notice.
when booking your lesson please make sure you are able to attend on the day and time you have booked as spots are limited . If you need to cancel please email me to see if I can put you into another day . **If I can not fill your spot there is a $30 admin fee which will be deducted from your refund.**
When booking for someone else please supply their name and email to make it easier to contact them.
What you will get from the lesson
This is a basic lesson in countertop fluid hot process soap making, you will be hands on from start to finish. You will measure your ingredients right through to moulding your soap.
This method of soap making involves the soap reaching high temperatures and does volcano so you do need to be able to stir fast when instructed , you will be supplied all safety gear, and clothing protectors (apron) , you must wear long sleeve top and long pants and covered foot wear and if you have long hair it should be tied up or I have disposable hair nets.
The session goes for about 2 hours sometimes under depending on how quick your oils turn to soap.
When you arrive I will get you to turn your phone off so there are no distractions ,I am happy to take a photo for you when it is safe to do so.
There will be take home kits available to purchase at the time of booking or they can be purchased on the day ,you can choose the colour and scent but your base recipe cant be changed .
Returns Policy

How ever if there is a fault with your product please email me to see what I can do.
A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to me unopened in their original packaging and within 14 days. For custom wallet orders these can not be returned unless faulty . return shipping for faulty items will be refunded.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace/ fix those goods if they are returned to me within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

I cant use Shea Butter can you swap it for another Butter - yes please use the contact me for for custom order.
What do I do with the glass jars once finishe - you can send the back ,every 5 jars you send back you will receive a free product. These glass jars will be triple sterilised and returned back into the system.
What size are the bars - shampoo bars are 100 grams plus more 100 grams is the minimum weight.
conditioner is 60 grams that is the minimum weight.
Why is the conditioner bar less in weight - the conditioner gets used less than the shampoo as in the amount you need to use to condition your hair.

Delivery Times
We will process your order within 2 working days for ready made ,custom order will take up to 5 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 days for delivery domestically,and 2 extra days for rural
